Our story

Baking since I was four.
Still chasing perfect.

I’ve been baking since I was four years old. Every recipe at Luce is my own original creation, refined through more failed batches than I can count until each one became a winner.

Luce exists to prove one thing: eating healthier doesn’t have to mean giving up flavour. I bake with certified organic, natural ingredients so you never have to choose between what’s good for your body and what tastes incredible. If I wouldn’t happily eat it myself, it doesn’t leave my kitchen.

Today, Luce is a home kitchen and a garden in Nanaimo. The dream is a world-class bakery with locations around the world. I bake with absolute passion, and I won’t stop until the world tastes the difference.

How ordering works

Order ahead, enjoy it fresh

    Pick from the menu and send a pre-order below, with 4–5 days notice. Minimum order $25.

    We confirm by email

    We’ll reply personally with your final total (some flavours vary in price), pickup time and payment details.

    Baked for you

    Baked fresh for your day. Pick up in Nanaimo any agreed day, or choose our weekly local delivery (day to be confirmed).
